Bolztherm ORC
BOLZTHERM® ORC is a silicone oil-based working fluid for use in Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) processes. It was developed for closed thermodynamic cycles in which medium-temperature heat sources are used efficiently to generate electricity. Typical applications include the use of waste heat from industrial processes, biomass combined heat and power plants, geothermal plants and solar thermal power plants.
